Job summary

County of San Benito is seeking a senior leader to plan, organize, and direct the activities of major behavioral health service programs for adults, children, and families. You will supervise multidisciplinary staff, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with workload standards.

The role includes providing direct clinical services, crisis on-call coverage, budgeting, program evaluation, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional behavioral health experience supervising staff and managing programs.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, direct, supervise, and coordinate behavioral health services.
• Evaluate programs and ensure compliance with goals and budgets.
• Provide direct clinical services including crisis on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies to coordinate care.
• Participate in trainings, committees, and needs assessments.
• Assist in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
