San Benito County is seeking a Social Services Program Manager to assist in planning, development, and supervision of community social services programs within the Health and Human Services Agency. The role involves coordinating with deputies, staff, and external partners to ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college.
• Two years of responsible experience supervising, managing, or administering social services related programs.
• Possession of a valid California operator’s license.
• Ability to travel and work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

• Assist in planning, development, administration, organization and supervision of several social services programs.
• Oversee complex systems and coordinate with staff and stakeholders.
• Advise and report to the Health and Human Services Deputy Director on program changes and impact.
