Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time employment equals 2,000 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises one or more clinicians and/or unlicensed staff; coordinates activities of a multidisciplinary team.
• Performs psychosocial assessments and ensures appropriate referrals to care providers.
• Conducts clinical evaluations in complex cases and determines treatment plans.
• Provides regular, intensive psychotherapy and monitors patient progress and safety.
• May conduct group psychotherapy and case management activities.
• Charts and ensures accurate medical-record documentation per standards.
• Organizes community health education outreach and program coordination.
• Engages in Quality Improvement activities such as chart audits.

Education

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

2 years of verifiable LMFT/LCSW/LPCC experience
