Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing.
• Minimum three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum three years of behavioral health leadership or management experience.
• Experience supervising licensed or associate clinicians.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, BBS standards, and integrated care models.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Behavioral Health Department.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence‑based behavioral health programs.
• Establish workflows that improve clinical efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
• Monitor clinician productivity, documentation, and caseload distribution.
• Lead interdisciplinary case conferences and provide consultation on complex clinical cases.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide clinical guidance for high‑risk situations.
• Participate in strategic planning and behavioral health program expansion initiatives.
