Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead Behavioral Health Services staff, ensure high-quality client care, documentation, and compliance with Medicaid, Texas Administrative Code, and contractual requirements.

This non-licensed supervisory role emphasizes supervision, training, and family engagement, guiding QMHPs and staff, coordinating services, and ensuring alignment with treatment plans and curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field; licensure required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with children in child welfare, mental health, or special education, plus 1 year of supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day administrative and program supervision to QMHPs and staff, including caseload management and guidance.
• Guides staff in applying program services, interventions, and curricula; coordinates collaboration with treatment team, parents, guardians, and foster parents.
• Ensures treatment plans and services align with needs identified through CANS or ANSA and meet state and agency requirements.
• Monitors completion of assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and other records; assists in enrollment and discharge decisions.
• May provide after-hours on-call coverage and crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide/coordinate staff training on clinical or related topics and ensure staff complete mandated trainings.
• Participate in case record reviews and cross-program collaboration; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
