Job summary

Center for Health Care Services in San Antonio, TX seeks a clinical supervisor to oversee QMHP-CS and CSSP staff, provide both in-clinic and field-based supervision, and help develop treatment plans for consumers with mental illness and/or substance use.

Responsibilities include ensuring productivity and outcomes, conducting audits, coordinating community resources, responding to crises, supervising staff, and reviewing clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, behavioral science, or related field and at least three years as QMHP-CS.
• Five years experience working with relevant population.
• Texas licensure: LMSW, LPC-Associate, or LMFT-Associate; CJIS background check and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical guidance and input for QMHP-CS and CSSP, including in-clinic and field-based support.
• Ensures programs meet productivity, revenue goals, and treatment outcomes.
• Conducts chart and program audits.
• Coordinates with program contractors to identify community resources.
• Responds to crisis situations and provide intervention and support.
