Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead Behavioral Health Services. You will supervise QMHP staff, oversee assessments, treatment planning, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with treatment teams, parents, guardians, and foster parents to deliver compliant, outcome-focused services. The position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure, plus several

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field and licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• At least three years of experience working with children in child welfare, mental health, or special education.
• One year of progressive supervisory and administrative experience.
• Certifications in relevant evidence-based practices may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day administrative and program supervision to QMHPs and staff, including caseload management and guidance on client needs.
• Guides staff in applying program services, interventions, and approved curricula; coordinates with treatment teams, parents, guardians, and foster parents.
• Ensures treatment plans and services meet needs identified through CANS/ANSA and comply with state and agency requirements.
• Monitors assessments, treatment plans, goals, and client records to meet deadlines and program requirements.
• Provides ongoing training to staff on clinical or related service topics and ensures completion of mandated trainings.
• May provide after-hours on-call coverage for direct services and crisis intervention as needed.
