Job summary

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Regular Full-time supervisor to oversee day-to-day staff and operations within the Tarzana, CA program. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, supervising staff, and maintaining compliant documentation and reporting.

The role emphasizes adherence to TTC policies, participation in training and committees, and outreach to expand referral networks while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum High school diploma/GED. Completion of higher education may be required depending on contractual obligations.
• Counselor registration or certification is required if providing SUD services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and shift operations.
• Ensure patient safety and oversee staff responsibilities related to patient functions.
• Perform/oversee chart audits, record keeping and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and submit various reporting requirements and quality improvement reports.
• Expand network of referral resources through outreach activities.
• Attend training, meetings, and participate in committees.
• Maintain professional conduct, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Document in medical records and participate in record reviews.
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff development.
• Provide staffing support and crisis management as needed.
