Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working with children in the Child Welfare system.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise as service coordination subject matter expert at staffings and community meetings.
• Identify qualified service providers for clients with private insurance or who reside out of county/out of state.
• Manage resource guide to reflect current service array.
• Facilitate service staffings and guidance to ensure clients' behavioral health needs are met.
• Serve as liaison between Supervisors, Staff, Service Provider Agencies, and Community Partners to ensure accurate documentation.
