Atrium Health Floyd seeks a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead PHP, ER & Onsite assessment teams across Floyd locations. This role provides operational oversight, clinical leadership and program coordination in behavioral health care.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and ability to manage multiple programs. Travel weekly to ER locations is required, with a day-focused schedule and 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5 years of experience in delivery of behavioral health services.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in management of staff, budgets and multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Plans and monitors the needs of the program with the director.
• Develops treatment protocols and studies outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies and accreditation standards.
• Oversees clinical research and evaluates effectiveness of treatments.
• Works with site and regional teams to meet compliance standards including TJC.
• Provides diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to patients and families.
• Performs HR responsibilities including hiring, promotions and performance evaluations.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures.
• Adheres to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and policies.
