Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead PHP, ER/Onsite, and Inpatient Therapy across Floyd locations. You will oversee operations, clinical leadership, and program coordination while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care for patients.

The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities. The position offers full-time hours (40/week) with day shift flexibility and travel to ER on a weekly to bi-weekly basis, within a supportive health system

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Clinical, Educational or Counseling field.
• Georgia licensure: Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker (Clinical) required.
• Typically 5 years in behavioral health treatment delivery with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and clinical leadership across PHP, ER/Onsite, and Inpatient Therapy.
• Lead program development, policy/guideline updates, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and Joint Commission standards.
• Direct human resources tasks including hiring, staff development, evaluations and morale.
• Coordinate care across multiple Floyd locations and site-based/regional teams.
