Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Practice Manager to oversee operations at PCMH and OSC sites across Arizona. You’ll lead administrative staff and partner with clinical operations to implement and evaluate business strategies for CBI’s comprehensive behavioral health services.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in healthcare, strong leadership, and a commitment to recovery support; a related business degree is preferred, with certifications like BHT or CSPMP beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience required.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Valid identification required.
• BHT certification per policy is required.
• CSPMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business operations for PCMH and OSC sites.
• Manage administrative staff and workflows across sites.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to align strategies with goals.
• Develop, implement, and assess business plans to meet targets.
