Community Support Services Inc. in Akron seeks a Clinical Services Manager to oversee Intensive Treatment Services and Counseling, ensuring client-centered, evidence-based care within regulatory standards.

The role provides clinical supervision, staff development support, and oversees scheduling, productivity, and outcomes across ITS groups, collaborating with Residential Treatment and NEOMED affiliates to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; 3–5 years of experience in mental health with supervision.
• Licensure as LCSW with supervisor designation or LPCC with supervisor designation.
• Criminal background check and drug test required.
• Ability to document and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to ITS staff and students.
• Oversee daily operations of counseling services and Day Treatment program.
• Monitor productivity, service utilization, and clinical outcomes.
• Attend ITS groups and supervise interns; participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate with Residential Treatment team and NEOMED providers.
• Document billed services with Credible Wireless progress notes.
• Manage crises, de-escalation, and psychiatric appointment referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in committees.

Education

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work or related field
