Mainline Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to supervise the Behavioral Health Case Management team and oversee workflow efficiency.

The manager will ensure timely case management, quality care coordination, and strong documentation practices within a Patient Centered Medical Home framework. Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, performance evaluation, schedule coordination, and collaboration with providers and community resources.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health or social service case management.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Experience with grant management preferred; FQHC or school-based behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and supervise behavioral health case managers; coordinate work schedules and staff training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Oversee case management caseload assignments for equitable workloads.
• Monitor discharge planning and documentation for continuity of care.
• Coordinate integrated care and support care coordination via teams.
