Mainline Health Systems, Inc. in Monticello, AR is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager. This role is 75% clinical and 25% administrative, supervising the Behavioral Health Case Management team and guiding care coordination, documentation, and program integration.

You will lead staff development, oversee workflows, and engage with the community to support the department’s mission. The manager oversees quality improvement activities, ensures adherence to policies, and coordinates integrated care

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health or social service case management.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation, workflows, and integrated care practices.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent professional customer service skills required
• Working knowledge of MS Office products and eClinical
• Experience in linking patients with various community resources and patient enabling services
• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field preferred
• Experience in grant management preferred
• Experience with FQHC or school-based behavioral health preferred

Mansioni

• Hire and supervise behavioral health case managers, coordinate work schedules, and assist with staff training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Oversee caseload assignments for equitable distribution and manageable workloads.
• Monitor discharge planning and documentation for continuity of care.
• Track timely patient referrals and telephone encounters.
• Analyze no-show rates and scheduling issues to improve engagement.
• Support outreach, community relations, and public relations for the program.
• Assist with grant proposal writing, implementation, tracking, and reporting.
• Clerical tasks related to patient care such as scheduling and authorizations.
• Provide education to patients about Mainline Health Services as needed.
• Assist with care coordination and integration of services.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance activities.
