Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a Program Manager II to lead Population Health Analytics initiatives supporting provider engagement, quality, and operational performance in California. You will drive cross-functional programs from planning through post-launch evaluation, coordinating business, technical, operational, and vendor partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role advances technology adoption, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement while strengthening processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Candidates must reside within the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Support business department initiatives.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment.
• Utilize corporate and industry standard tools and techniques to oversee programs per department procedures.
• Maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans.
• Create and monitor department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including clinical reporting documents and policy materials.
• Identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Identify requirements and problems to improve existing processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
• Manage projects through the full project life cycle.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
