Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years in Behavioral or Physical Health experience.
• RN - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred, OR LPC preferred, OR LCSW preferred, OR LMFT preferred, OR LISAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans.
• Execute program development efforts with provider and/or internal organizations.
• Propose new programs and strategies by researching industry trends.
• Develop provider and/or internal training modules.
• Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations.
• Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management.
• Propose funding opportunities.
• Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts.
• Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to specific populations.
• Represent the company in key community and State meetings related to specific populations.
