QHP as defined by OASAS. Associates Degree in Human Services field plus 10 years of relevant work experience with CASAC is acceptable as minimum licensure
For mental health: LCAT, LMFT, PhD, or Licensed Psychologist (i.e. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LCAT, LMFT, PhD, Licensed Psychologist required or credentialed in CASAC, CRC, CTRS. (Case Management Services excluded)
