Job summary
Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority (JPHSA) BHCS Division seeks a Behavioral Health Program Director A to lead program operations, supervise peer staff, and coordinate care across partners. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field + 3 years of behavioral health treatment experience
- Doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field, or a medical degree + 2 years of behavioral health treatment experience
- Must maintain licensure/registration appropriate to the profession and provide continuum of services
Responsibilities
- Supervise the FEP Peer and Eunoia Center Peer following staff development guidelines
- Manage FEP Peer with Tulane partnership input for recovery navigation
- Oversee Eunoia Center operations and 24/7 coverage with group staffing
- Coordinate care across internal/external providers and family members
- Provide programmatic consultation on planning, budgets and discharge planning
