Job summary

The Peer Company seeks a BHRN Program Manager for Clackamas & Washington Counties, based in Portland, OR. You will supervise peer support specialists, develop program materials, and onboard new staff, aligning activities with grant requirements.

This full-time exempt role involves coordinating with the Program Director, reporting to funders, and ensuring 24/7 peer support availability across BHRNs, while building partnerships and providing training to strengthen the recovery-focused programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Background Check: Criminal background check required; may not exclude all.
• Pre-Hire Drug Screen: Required for all potential employees to ensure a safe workplace.
• MVR: Driving standard checks and valid license required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises peer support specialists to ensure task completion and contract goals.
• Schedules staff and arranges coverage based on contract obligations.
• Responds to and assigns referrals for peer services with partners as needed.
• Onboards and trains new staff through supervision and coaching.
• Produces routine reports highlighting program deliverables and impact with data analysts.
