Job summary

Gateway BHS is seeking a Practice Manager for its behavioral health clinics in Reidsville, GA. You will collaborate with physicians, program managers, and staff to ensure efficient, compliant operations across multiple service locations.

The role oversees workflows, staffing coordination, data analysis, quality improvement, and financial performance while supporting patient access and provider support activities. Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience managing healthcare/behavioral health operations preferred.
• Experience with insurance reimbursement, operational analytics, and quality improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership and practice management support for behavioral health clinics.
• Coordinates provider, staff, and clinic operational activities.
• Monitors quality, productivity, access, and financial performance indicators.
• Supports provider onboarding, training, and workflow development.
• Assists with staffing, scheduling, and operational planning activities.
• Ensures compliance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Implements performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Supports achievement of organizational goals and strategic objectives.
