Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, operational, and financial management of the outpatient practice.
• Supervise staff including Office Coordinator & Program Therapists.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, social workers, and support staff to deliver services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical business conduct.
• Develop and implement program systems and reporting to support organizational goals.
