Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role in health care setting.
- Behavioral Health experience is a plus.
- Bachelor-level degree in Health Administration/Management/Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, Nurse Practice Act and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee practice operations to meet goals and policies.
- Collaborate with physicians on financial targets and patient satisfaction.
- Plan resources (people, equipment, materials) to deliver patient care.
- Monitor financial and patient outcomes; investigate variances.
- Lead HR activities including onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Represent the practice within the management team and committees.
