The role combines staff supervision, compliance, scheduling, revenue cycle awareness, and strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential, as you coach teams and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare office management with direct staff supervision.
• Experience managing a medical office or behavioral health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and goal-setting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations at our Philadelphia location.
• Manage inventory of office, medical, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure smooth workflows from front desk to back office, aligned with Kolmac standards.
• Coordinate provider schedules and onboarding of new providers.
• Monitor appointment availability and maximize same-day access.
• Evaluate staffing and scheduling to meet patient demand and financial goals.
• Supervise all non-provider staff — training, onboarding, performance, and payroll.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
