Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health seeks a Practice Manager to lead the Washington, DC clinic, directing daily operations and ensuring exceptional patient care. You will partner with clinical leaders and the Patient Access Director to achieve efficiency, service excellence, and a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, compliance, and financial oversight, with a Monday–Friday 10a–6p schedule and salary up to $65,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare office management and supervising staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in a clinic setting.
• Proficiency with healthcare software and administrative systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and set goals for a team.
• Solid understanding of healthcare finance and best practices.
• Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead daily clinic operations at the Washington, DC location.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment across sites.
• Manage office supplies and clinical equipment inventory.
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows from front desk to back end.
• Coordinate provider schedules and onboarding of new providers.
• Monitor patient access and strive for same-day appointments.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with safety, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support revenue cycle activities and cash collection reporting.
• Lead regular team meetings and foster collaboration.
