Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Clinical Manager who is a licensed behavioral health professional in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

This role leads clinical trainings, supervises staff, and collaborates with the Clinical Director to strengthen clinical services and ensure compliance with policy, state, and federal requirements. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health.
• Licensed at the associate level with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, MFT, or SAC.
• Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Current AZ Driving License and clean 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Develop trainings with the Clinical Director to improve staff competencies and service delivery.
• Conduct scheduled clinical staffing and on-call clinical consultations with assigned teams.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments and provide feedback with BHP sign-off.
• Ensure programming aligns with CBI policies, state/federal requirements, and contractual obligations.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral health

AZ Board associate license (SW/ Counselor/ MFT/ SAC)

Licensed at associate or independent level (AZ)

Current AZ Driving License

Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
