Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an Operations Supervisor to join its interdisciplinary treatment team across Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs.

You will coordinate with nursing and behavioral health staff to maintain safety and high-quality care for patients and families served by CBI. Leadership responsibilities include guiding PCTs, Peer Support Specialists, and clinicians during intake and discharge to optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.
• 1 or more years of full-time Health Care related work experience with exposure to behavioral/medical crisis.
• 1 or more years of leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Supervisor coordinates with the RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN, and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• The role provides oversight and guidance to Patient Care Technicians and Behavioral Health Clinicians to improve patient throughput.
