Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the crisis, inpatient, and transition point teams, supervising Patient Care Technicians and clinicians to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care during 7pm-7am, three 12-hour nights per week.

The role collaborates with RN Supervisors, BHCs, and BHMPs to coordinate intake/discharge and optimize patient throughput, while promoting staff growth and a positive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in Business or Health Care preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time health care-related work experience with crisis exposure required.
• 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), RN, and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Provide oversight to the PCTs assigned to intake and discharge, Peer Support Specialists, and Behavioral Health Clinicians to assist in effective patient throughput.
