Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Behavioral Health Unit Clerk for the Marion Behavioral Health Office. This regular, on-site role supports medical providers and front desk operations in a community-based behavioral health setting.

The position emphasizes compassionate, strength-based interventions and coordination of appointments, med changes, and reporting of changes to the Medical Provider. High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in the people supported’s condition to the Med Provider.
• Report all accidents and incidents observed to the Director.
• Weighing and measuring people supported as instructed.
• Measuring and recording temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respirations (TPRs), as instructed.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments, med changes, hospital discharges with Med provider.
• Pulls Controlled Substance Reports as required.
• Assists with Prescription Assistance Programs as necessary
• Performs front desk duties as necessary
