Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 3+ years as a Registered Nurse required; leadership/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing based on census and patient needs.
• Coordinate nursing services with department leadership to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with care teams to expedite patient throughput and placement.
• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response) and lead after-hours operations.
• Consult with staff and external agencies on operational issues.
