The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and 1–2 years of leadership experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Formación

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees hospital operations during shifts and ensures appropriate staffing.
• Monitors census and bed utilization; coordinates admissions and transfers.
• Acts as administrative point of contact after hours; resolves inquiries.
• Responds to emergencies; coordinates resources for safety.
• Maintains compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Conducts nightly census validation.
• Fosters communication between staff, physicians, and administration.
