Job summary
Holyoke Medical Center, Inc. seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Educator to support three Behavioral Health units. You will lead orientation, education, and competency assessments, serving as a clinical expert and mentor to nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
You will promote evidence-based practice, collaborate with leadership, and foster staff engagement while contributing to policies, performance improvement, and staff development across the Behavioral Health services.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- MSN required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in Behavioral Health nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation, ongoing education, and competency assessments for Behavioral Health nursing staff.
- Serve as clinical expert and trusted resource for Behavioral Health nursing practice.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
