Qualifications

• Graduate nursing degree with MA license or higher; LICSW/LMHC accepted.
• CPR certification required; CPI certification preferred.
• Three years’ mental health experience and three years of hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients through hospitalization with safe, effective care.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and external referrals.
• Coordinate admissions to maintain census within budgeted levels.
• On-call availability for off-hours coordination.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure interdepartmental communication.
