• Experience with OTP programs and regulatory requirements.
• NextGen EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across multiple Arizona locations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nurses and medical assistants.
• Partner with operations, quality and compliance teams to improve performance.
• Oversee medication management and med-room operations.
• Support behavioral health, SMI, integrated care, ACT/FACT, and PCMH.
• Serve as Program Sponsor for OTPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety and outcomes.
