Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of Nursing and Patient Care Services.
• Lead and develop nursing leaders and clinical staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing based on patient acuity and census.
• Promote high standards of nursing practice and patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures; collaborate with medical staff.
