Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Nursing and Patient Care Services.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing based on acuity, census, and patient needs.
• Promote high standards of nursing practice and patient-centered care.
• Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff and hospital leadership to meet goals.
