Qualifications

• Senior-level nursing leadership with management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality care.
• Experience ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and nursing service activities towards positive outcomes.
• Supervise nursing personnel, assign workload, train, evaluate, and take corrective actions.
• Accountable for nursing performance improvement and problem resolution.
• Develop data collection tools, identify trends, and report to the Performance Improvement Director.
• Oversee safety regulations and participate in the facility safety team.
• Provide support for infection control and standard precautions programs.
• Support patient safety initiatives with Hospital Administrator and Risk Management.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and licensure/education requirements.
• Direct training activities for nursing staff and orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
