Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care and nursing service activities; emphasizes patient safety and fiscal staffing.
• Supervises nursing staff: workload, assignments, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Leads nursing performance improvement and quality care initiatives.
• Develops data tools, identifies trends and risk areas.
• Ensures safety regulations compliance and participates in safety committees.
• Supports infection control policies and procedures.
• Manages patient safety incident follow-up with Risk Management.
• Ensures licensing, credentials, CPR, and de-escalation program compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
