Job summary

David Lawrence Centers For Behavioral Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead 24/7 Acute Care Behavioral Health Services, including Adult and Child Crisis Stabilization and detox units. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical leadership, staffing oversight, and collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

MSN degree plus completion of an accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership for 24/7 Acute Care Behavioral Health Services.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and on-call coverage with the Director of Nursing.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvements with leadership teams.
Maintain visible unit presence, coach staff, and support clinical workflow improvements.
Ensure timely access and admission to appropriate level of care and safe client flow.
