Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four or more years' experience in a behavioral health environment required.
• Associates Degree in a human service field with two or more years' experience in a behavioral health environment required.
• Two or more years' experience with the population of the facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient milieu staff during work shift.
• Facilitate and monitor patient care and programming.
• Review medical records for timely documentation as required.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
• Review and monitor required paperwork for completion and timeliness requirements.
• Train and mentor direct care staff during the shift.
• Audit records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to patient, family and guardian concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
