Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis seeks a Milieu Supervisor to oversee patient care and safety on designated units. You will work with Nursing staff to implement Special Behavioral Treatment Plans, provide crisis prevention, and coach team members in therapeutic techniques.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of hospital or healthcare experience, with CPR knowledge and strong teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare setting required.
• Knowledge of psychiatric group processes, therapeutic relationships, crisis management, and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure patient safety by Mental Health Technicians or CNAs on designated units.
• Provide crisis intervention and promote involvement in education groups.
• Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision and guide staff training.
