Job summary

As the first point of contact, you will verify registrations, assist with MyChart, and coordinate appointments, aiming for a seamless patient experience across outpatient services in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient services or medical reception preferred.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to verify insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients by phone.
• Provide intake services for outpatient mental health and related services.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify patient information and insurance.
• Assist with MyChart and patient portal support.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
