Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience as intake coordinator for mental health facilities or hospitals.
• Knowledge of area hospitals and referral sources.
• Ability to travel to facilities in Chicago, Evanston, and Decatur, IL as needed.
• Pass background check and be eligible to work in healthcare per IDPH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess referrals and coordinate with leadership to facilitate admissions.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships with hospitals and social workers to drive admissions.
• Utilize tracking for referrals and monitor facilities daily.
• Assist Regional Director with promotional events.
• Ensure PASRR has taken place.
