Qualifications

• Crisis Intervention training required within 90 days of hire; BLS certified.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience on an inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Knowledge of major mental disorders across the age continuum.

Responsabilités

• Screen incoming telephone calls and identify service requests.
• Provide care for an assigned population of patients and assess needs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and participate in quality monitoring.
