Qualifications

• Knowledge of major mental disorders across the age continuum.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming telephone calls and identify service requests.
• Provide care for an assigned population of patients and assess needs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and participate in quality monitoring.
