Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Clinical Services Support professional to help clients access services, process referrals, verify eligibility, and maintain compliant records. This on-site role in Exton, PA supports prescribers and clinical staff while delivering friendly service to clients and partners.

You will handle electronic health records input, release information to legal teams, manage billings related to records, and keep tracking logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in medical/mental health or professional office with customer service and data entry.
• Clearances including Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion verification.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming referrals quickly and accurately, including verifying insurance eligibility.
• Input and manage referral information within the electronic health record system.
• Transmit referral information promptly to the appropriate team or service.
• Process payments related to record releases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Release client treatment records to law offices and behavioral health agencies per HIPAA.
• Communicate with external partners to ensure timely information exchange.
• Maintain a detailed tracking spreadsheet for all record requests.
• Support prescribers and clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain client records from data entry to archiving.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to clients in person and by phone.
