Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• AAC or LSWAIC credential is required.
• Licensure or active pursuit of LMHC/LICSW/LMFT/LASW/PSYCH licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine levels of care.
• Complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate admissions and facilitate timely access to treatment services.
• Provide referrals and care coordination for alternative levels of care or resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and HIPAA integrity.
• Support insurance authorization and intake-related activities.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
