Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH®) is seeking a Program Assistant for the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) program to support provider relations, data management, scheduling, and meetings. You will assist the BHH Manager in meeting contract performance goals, coordinate communications, and help coordinate on-site visits and trainings with DMHAS.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5 years' administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a professional, confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or closely related field (required).
• 5 years of administrative or provider relations experience in healthcare/behavioral health or related setting.
• Experience in data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate a wide variety of administrative and provider relations support tasks for the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) program.
• Support designated BHH providers including orientation and education of providers and staff and incorporating BHH contract policies and procedures.
• Provide telephone support for incoming calls to BHH queue line when needed.
• Attend program meetings and represent ABH in meetings on behalf of the BHH program.
• Take comprehensive, accurate meeting notes and distribute minutes within established timeframes.
• Prepare and distribute provider communications, newsletters, announcements, and educational materials.
• Assist with annual provider surveys, trainings, and coordinating on-site visits with DMHAS and/or provider staff.
• Perform member eligibility verification to support enrollment into the Behavioral Health Homes Program.
• Maintain and update BHH provider master contact list and assist with credentialing/recredentialing activities.
• Communicate professionally with providers, clients, community organizations, state partners and internal departments.
• Travel within the state to meet program requirements and participate in required trainings.
