Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• 3+ years of behavioral health, facility sales/outreach, or related experience.
• Behavioral health experience or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customer relationships to drive business growth for behavioral health service lines.
• Evaluate market utilization data and demographics to identify outreach priorities.
• Communicate BHS attributes, processes, and outcomes to consumers, physicians and staff.
• Develop growth and retention strategies for target markets and facility staff.
• Set goals and timelines for closing new provider and physician service opportunities.
• Present plans to market leaders and facility leadership to gain commitment.
