Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development for hospitals, physicians or other medical services.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and growth of profitable new business opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Liaise between the facility and payer entities per corporate expectations.
• Build a personal book of business with referral sources and maintain face-to-face relationships weekly.
• Strategically analyze target markets and assign accounts to managers to optimize referrals.
• Hire, on-boarding, and promotions for all staff within the team.
