Job summary

Michael's House is seeking a Business Development Representative for Southern California to promote services through ethical marketing and sales methods. You will act as a liaison among the facility, the community, and referrals, with schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will engage in outreach to behavioral health referrals, build physician relationships, and contribute to patient access while maintaining high standards of compliance and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of marketing and/or sales or referral development experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mental health licensure and/or Alcohol or Other Drug Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the facility’s services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Serve as a liaison between the facility, the community and referring individuals or organizations.
• Schedule may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours as directed by the Business Development Director.
